Deborah was excellent as always. No complaints. There is only one issue and this is about the office staff. They need to call before sending Debbie out to our home. We had no idea that she was coming yesterday. Thank GOD we were home. I would not want her to waste her time if we were not at home. Please see that we are contacted in future before sending her to our home. I understand that there is new office staff. Please see that they are properly trained.
