Between the initial phone call, the inspection, and the treatment, everyone we dealt with was very professional, informative, and friendly. They were extremely prompt with the inspection, arriving the same day I called, and with the treatment, just a few days after I called. They recommended services for the level of treatment we needed, rather than insisting upon the most expensive treatment. And they went above and beyond by throwing in mattress covers for us and allowing us to set up a 3 month payment plan. They also set up a re-inspection for a couple of weeks out and offered a 90 day service guarantee. Our treatment was done one week ago and we have not seen anything since. Very thankful and relieved!
