I called Accel to schedule a termite inspection for a refinance on my house. They were able to schedule an appointment with me to fit my schedule. On my appointment day the inspector asked me was it possible to meet sooner than the scheduled time. I was able to meet earlier than planned and it was not inconvenient to my schedule. Mr. Nixon was professional and friendly and able to complete his inspection in a timely manner, and provided a copy of the report within 10 minutes of completing the inspection. Awesome service!!
