I've been a grass roots customers since early this year. So far the service has been excellent, but the actual product has been average. Weeds have not been out of control by any means, but we definitely still have some weed coverage and new weeds springing up that have warranted off-cycle service calls. GrassRoots has been more than willing to come out to retreat however when called upon. I still have some leafy-weed varieties springing up on the lawn and some patches of crabgrass.
