We were concerned about how they would treat and the person that gave us the estimate said there would be absolutely no spraying inside the house and that the only poison would be inaccessible to anyone as it would be behind appliances. Not only did the technician spray in our kitchen, but they placed poison in drawers and cupboards (we stayed up late going through all our cupboards and drawers removing the poison). We were very disappointed and do not plan on using their services again.
