I was fed up from you guys not showing up, it had been 6 months! I had just cancelled service, UNTIL Julio showed up on Saturday. He was so understanding and kind, he assured me that he would NOT be a no show on Saturdays and that I could count on him for service. I'm now reconsidering Lloyds as my service provider. When you guys DO show up, you're great!
