Service is good, but would expect person doing servicing visits would let us know a day or so in advance when they are coming so we can be home and be aware they will be showing up. That way if we are having any questions or issues, we could talk about it with the person providing the service. Cook's was very good about that aspect of their monthly service visits. Such communication could be via phone call or via eMAIL or via Text Message- any of those ways would be fine.
