Josh initially came out to take care of a hornets' nest in my tree, but while he was here, I mentioned seeing a rat on my Ring doorbell. He immediately jumped into action, inspected my property, and helped me solve that issue alongside a problem with carpenter ants. Josh's thoroughness, deep knowledge, and expertise were impressive, but what really set him apart was his warmth, friendly personality, and genuine integrity—he never tried to upsell me.
