Your service was fine. Billing, not so good. We had a credit card on file to be processed when service was complete. First charge for $160.00 went through, second charge did not because I'm sure credit card company thought it was a duplicate. I called your billing department and told them to re-process, they did and it went through, yesterday we received a bill for the $160.00. We were not pleased to receive a bill. I checked with our credit card company and both charges for $160.00 each were processed.
