I used to use the “Big Name” pest control folks or should I say “Big Jokers”? You know, the ones that have you sign a one or two year contract, come out whenever they feel like it, use the same treatment every time and never learn your name and you get someone different every couple of months because someone quit. Well, a friend of mine steered me to Termagon several years ago and I’m grateful. With this company, you get on time (exactly) service calls as often as needed, usually once a month. They always call me the day before to remind me and see if it is okay to come out. I have the same tech over and over because I like him and he has learned all the secret hiding places around my house where bugs used to thrive. I had awful, earwig, ants and scorpion problems (I live near a desert preserve) but within 3 or 4 months they were history. I asked how he did it and he told me he uses different sprays and concentrates and always keeps the little varmints guessing. Even though I haven’t seen an insect inside in a long time, I still have the service every month like clockwork, because I don’t like finding a scorpion corpse and wondering where the rest of his family is hiding. I don’t’ know if I just lucked out or not but I hope you luck out when you give them a chance to drive your pests away too (by pests, I don’t mean family members, just the bugs you know).
