After almost 30 rat-free years in our home, we had a rat in our basement. The day after we called Conquest, the process was immediately started and 7 appointments were set up. The staff member who came to our house, Peter, called ahead before he arrived, was on time, accommodated us the one time we needed to change the appointment time, and was courteous and friendly. The rat was apparently injured by a trap within a day or two of the traps being set. Since then, so signs of a rat. We believe the rat is gone now. We are happy with the service and will call again if need be--but I sure hope not!
