Sean Campbell is a star! He (and the service techs in general) is the reason I hesitate to cancel our monthly service. Sean is always helpful and friendly. And though I'm sure the office people are fine with routine requests and questions, I rarely hang up the phone satisfied that they are trying to help me. One particular encounter left me dumbfounded when it was revealed that Lloyd Pest had been servicing an address that did not belong to Harbor Bluffs Apartments and NOT servicing one that did. Both women I spoke with (one that answered and another in accounting) treated me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. After contacting Mike Sutton he confirmed the error. Unfortunately, although Mike was very friendly (unlike the office), he did not offer a resolution NOR did he indicate the length of time the incorrect address (and not the actual address that should have been serviced) had been mistakenly sprayed. And seeing that no credit was offered AND that we've had no problems at that address it appears monthly service is unnecessary. On a good note, like I said, Sean is a star! He worked hard. He educated and explained in detail to me, the manager, and the tenants bed bug causes, treatments, and deterrents. I had full confidence that he was committed to making a very unfamiliar and uncomfortable situation normal again. And along with his team, he did! Sean continues to be the bright light amongst bugs and rodents. No one wants Mickey or Jiminy Cricket or Flick as pets!
