I’m not satisfied with your services.i had a conversation w someone who claimed to b the manager a couple weeks back, finally I assumed the charges would stop. I was wrong, the charges continue. I was finally charged under 50$ but wasn’t credited for the past months overcharge, I had stopped the monthly visit charge of 71$ a month up until this month have been charged the higher rate. This month the technician visited my house, supposedly, @7:23AM. The tech didn’t call me, just stuck a card on my door. Is this supposed to be one of my quarterly visit to? The main reason I have kept this service is to have pest services, not to have someone come & communicate w me by leaving a blank card w no details. You guys have to do better 5 months @ 71shouldve been 47$ What’s the deal?
