Many years ago we had a regular service plan with your company, we had repeated issues where the technician would arrive at the house with any prior notice. This issue continued and we had to deal with numerous phone calls and rescheduling. The process was such an annoyance we stopped using your company.
Many years later we have tried again and we are experiencing the same issue with missed service calls because we were not contacted ahead of time to schedule the service.
We have asked several times to insure someone at our home is contacted and we can make sure your technician does not make yet another wasted trip!
