Overall we are happy with Home Paramount but at times it would seem that you are more interested in selling services and continuing monitoring contracts then providing pest control. It was mentioned during our latest purchase that if we were to purchase the termite protection at the same time that we bought the insulation and encapsulation projects we would have received a discount - never offered. Makes you wonder!!
