Had Catseye come out for a pest problem. Joe the branch manager came promptly and a quick check signed me up for rodent plus program at 850.00 dollars. Did receive a 50.00 off coupon but charged the 800.00 up front before any work done which I didn't like but I didn't say anything at the time because of the rodent problem not letting me sleep at night because of noises. I had to seal around the AC they said was the entry way myself. On the last visit #5 the tech said all ok no activity . I said still hearing noises and he did too but said not rat noise so left a trap set and said goodbye. For the cost expected a more professional outcome.
