I had a big clothing moth issue and had been trying to get rid of them for about 8 months. A different company had treated my house twice but the moths kept coming back. I was desperate to get rid of them and I called Colonial for a consultation. Mike came to my house and inspected all of the area rugs, in the closets, basically anywhere the moths could live. He also showed me how to spot moth damage and where they were nesting. So gross! My family and I had to be out of the house for several hours on the day the house was sprayed and he was so flexible about picking a time that worked for me and when my kids were at school. The scheduled day, Mike came on time and was able to answer all of my questions with the patience of a saint because at that point I was somewhat neurotic about all my sweaters, being eaten! I don't know what he did - but I have not had a single moth since Mike treated my house (and I look every day)! Plus I have a 6 month warranty for check up and spot treatments if need be.
