Charlie did a full service at my home. I have platinum service. What I especially liked was at the end, he verbally described all he did, and reported any problems (there were none). When he arrived, I asked him to be sure to treat around the back of the house which is screened in with a locked screen door, and I was happy he could do that. I also opened my garage door, and asked him to treat the area around the door into the garage, and he also completed that. Charlie has been here before and is very thorough. Very happy with this service visit.
