I never hear from you and am not sure when you last inspected my SentriCom stations, which makes me wonder if the stations are experiencing activity and if your technician has proactively mitigated that activity by adding further treatment.
Furthermore, I have a repair bond with you as well, which would be helpful if someone from your Firm would walk me through that coverage from time to time. In doing so, I think I may sleep better at night.
Unfortunately, if there’s no communications from you to me, as your customer, I have no relationship with your at all. Consequently, human nature is for one to question the value of your service, especially when it leads me feel as though I am simply sending checks to a P.O. Box.
Again, I am not making you wrong, but you did ask me for my for my opinion.
