Paying nearly $300 for a man to set up mouse traps? One would call that a rip-off. I won't be using this service again.

Hello, We are sorry you feel this way. For clarification: Your service was $254+tax, unfortunately we can't avoid tax. You had a free inspection and estimate with one of our representatives and then had another representative come back for 40 additional minutes, we went into your crawl space and placed 4 traps, 5 bait stations throughout basement and 2 other glueboards in the crawl space as well. We also sealed an entry point from your basement from the rodents with wire mesh. That is 11 devices and an exclusion service used to correct your infestation concerns, and 2 visits, plus you had a 30 day agreement that allows you to call us to come back out again at no other charges. We could easily come out 3 or 4 times under this agreement for $254.
We are very sorry you feel that this was not enough for the price point, but we are 100% confident that our pricing model is more than competitive in this marketplace. We would be happy to come back again and revaluate a week or two after the initial traps were set and to re set new traps or place additional as needed.
