Technician found and sprayed ants nests and treated exterior and interior of building. Did not remove surplus wood as per contract.

Mr. Broadfield, we apologize for not meeting your expectations. when you asked us to remove the wood, we were under the impression that you were talking about a couple of pieces that the ants were living in, not the piles of wood that we found when we arrived. We did not have the capacity to remove the amount of wood that you were looking to have removed, and we apologize for the misunderstanding.
