To be honest I was ready to cancel my service until my last quarterly visit. The techs we had the past 3-4 times were extremely lazy and acted like they didn't want to do anything. We had asked one lady about knocking down spider webs around the front and back doors outside and her response was "why? You live in the country. They're just going to come back". They didn't even change the cardboard traps in the garage for over a year. We had to walk around with them and basically tell them where to spray. Very annoying. Then in June we had a technician named John and he did great. He came back this week and again was awesome. He was very friendly and did a great job. He knocked down spider webs and beehives outside, sprayed all through the house & around outside. He did what pest control is supposed to do. Without us having to coach him. If we continue getting service like that we'll keep the service but if we get service like we had previously I'll be going somewhere else.
