the service rep was great. What disappointed me was that when we signed up somebody should have told us we had to be out of the house for 2 to 3 hours for service of the inside of the home. Nobody said anything about that and we could not really get the full service we thought we were getting because we had to stay in the home. I hope the ants stay away.
