Although the technician was professional, answered all of my questions and knowledgeable, I felt the description of the services did not quite match what the technicians are either trained/instructed to do or tend to do. I was hoping there would have been more of an effort to identify AND plug up any holes where mice would come into the house. Instead, the service more centered around putting out bait or tracking powder, until I started asking questions about identifying where the mice were coming into the house and how to prevent that from happening. I hardly think putting out mouse baits is worth the $300 that we were charged. To be honest, I could accomplish the same thing myself for well less than the amount I was charged. If the service really was intended to help prevent mice from entering the home, I would have felt my money was better spent.
