The whole conversations with representatives are 180 degrees different than when I signed up for the service. Not enough space here for details. Appointments are not kept. Some are changed at the last minute. In too many cases, the rep/inspector just didn't show. No call or nothing. The corporate customer service is of zero value.
They only tell me I'll receive a call from a local supervisor or manager when they can't answer the question or solve an issue. This callback seldom happens. I'm looking forward to the end of my contract in a few months.
