I had to ask him to also spray in areas (other than the perimeter of the house footprint) that seem like things he should have just done on his own, such as pointing to all the spider webs on my eaves/gutters and asking him to spray there, asking to have my patio furniture sprayed (notorious for spiders and eggs), and a little built-in seating directly adjacent to the house , etc. I have had pest-control people in the past from other companies be much more pro-active, and they just do it and then tell me that they also did... x,y,z, etc....
he didn't even come to my door to tell me when he was done and to have me sign anything... he just slipped the piece of paper in my door handle, as if I wasn't even home.
You get 3 stars because the job was done.... but I had to do a lot of asking. Had I not been home, it would have been worse, he would have done the minimal footprint and been out of there ...

Oh, and I had to wait 2 weeks for that appointment! 🙄.
