No I am not happy with Frame's service at all. The new employee you sent to my house was terrible. I made my appointment weeks ago and asked for tech to notify me 45 minutes till arrival. I even confirmed my appointment on Monday. I was told he would be at my house from noon till 4pm and I would be notified 45 minutes before arrival. Your technician called me at 10:50 and told me he was at my house. Frame dispatcher sent him to another job after I called; then your tech called me at 11:15 am and said he would be at my house in 45 minutes. I left work took vacation time and waited til almost 1:15 pm for him to arrive. I am well aware I did not need to be home, but I wanted inside of shed rafters sprayed and it was locked. He told me him would use a mist in shed, everything in my shed was completely soaked (his response it will dry). I was told he could not kill any animals and if their was a bee hive he could not spray it unless I removed it. I showed him under the lid to propane tank was a small nest and I could remove it; so I got a broom handle and did that. I live in the country with a long stone driveway. Your employee went from O mph to 30 mph down my driveway throwing stones everywhere. I called your office and complained and was told Manager would call me. DJ left message Tuesday while I was mowing my lawn and said he would call me Wednesday. I do not know the name of employee sent to my house but he will not be allowed on my property every again. I believe this is my second of third year being a customer and unless someone bothers to call me I will not be using your company again.... Shelly Wittenauer.
