I was very happy with the rep that came to my house today, Tay. I am guessing at the correct spelling of his his name. I hope you know who I am referring to. I was actually thinking about switching service companies. Last visit, they refused to spray my inside. Tay, was happy to spray the inside at my request. I had also asked about the mouse house (trap) that was in the attic. It had never been checked since I moved in over a year ago. He checked it and added food to the trap. He also placed one in the garage for me. He was so very kind, professional and thorough. He has changed my mind about switching. I would love to have him as my representative every time. He certainly represents your company well. You have an awesome employee!! He also went above and beyond asking about any particular problems I was having. I was telling him how the spiders have been particularly bad so he also gave me a couple sticky traps to help with the problem. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with the questions that I asked. He was specific about directions with the spray and my dog inside the house. I am grateful for Tay and his help today. What a pleasant surprise. He definitely get 5 stars in my book.
