Never had such a good time getting rid of bugs. Jake (sorry if I got his name wrong) arrived on time. He was courteous and patient. We had called about Carpenter Ants, but my daughter stepped on a bees" nest in the meantime. He looked at our garage and the ants and helped us decide the garage roof wasn"t worth saving. He had a great sense of humor, donned his bee-keeper outfit and took care of the bees. He waited patiently while my daughter painted a sign for the front yard "Bee-ware of bees". He then placed the sign for us in the middle of the bee territory.
He was also very knowledgeable. He explained to me and my children the risk of the bees and the time period until it would be safe again. If we need service again, we know where to go. Thumbs up!
