New Jersey Best Lawn, Sprinklers and Fencing is a terrible home services company. The maintenance service that they have provided for our sprinkler system this year has been horrendous. For the past few weeks we have been attempting to have them come repair our system. They have been scheduled to come out three times for repair work. For the first appointment, they made no repairs because they didn"t have the part "on the truck." I only found this out because I called the company after I noticed that their company van had left our home without even telling us that they were leaving. I later found out (when I called the company) that he allegedly didn"t have the "right part in his truck." I rescheduled for the next date that they had available – which was the following week. For the second appointment, they cancelled an hour before the technician was supposed to arrive. Their explanation: the technician had to leave work early that day and couldn"t make it to our house -- that"s it. I explained to them that we had new plants, and a lawn that desperately needed water in this summer heat. They assured me that the technician would be at my home for the repairs for the next (a third) appointment. Today (two hours before a technician was scheduled to arrive), I received a phone call from the company stating that they had to reschedule a third time. The reason: the technician didn"t have the part on his truck – which is the same reason why the technician had to reschedule for the first appointment that I made three weeks ago. I received no apology, only that the company would schedule a 4th appointment for next week. This company has absolutely no concept of client care, professionalism, or even common courtesy. I have paid for service contracts with this company for the past two years. Their service has gotten worse and worse. As a result, we have terminated our contract with them, and have moved on.
