Disappointing to say the least. BC was referred to us thru American Home Shield- the tech sent out was excellent but after that the response was marginal- the tech recommended replacement of our 20 year old Lennox but BC and AHS decided that a replacement part would suffice. It has been over three weeks, no part so far and no update except when we finally called - and it has been the three coldest weeks so far this year. It now appears that the part will be more than two weeks further-totally unacceptable.The BC staff was indifferent, had no sense of urgency and gave the strong impression that AHS customers were low priority. My wife spoke to a "manager" who was rude and condescending implying that we were trying to get "over"- even though we have been AHS subscribers for over 10 years.
In great need of customer relation skills and a sense of urgency.
