Technician showed up a week early because he was in the area on October 6. Our floors were just cleaned and he was not able to guarantee the treatment would not stain the floor. He said he was able to only treat the door jams and that was a partial treatment. I agreed and was left with the understanding the charge would be less than a full treatment. On receipt of the invoice, I can see I was charged for the full amount. If I understood a partial charge was not possible I would have insisted we only perform the service on the scheduled date and only after we spot tested for staining.
