We are just ending our year contract and never called them st all in whole year to come out again. Lots times were not home so inside didn't get treated, been seeing large spiders inside and have carpenter bees outside, so called and was told this would be follow up with current contract. Told them wanted inside and outside, told about bees and spiders. Had appt set up with time my husband would be home, no show. Had also called back day before inquiring on extending contract, pricing etc and went overy what all they were coming out next day for. So had call back when tech didn't show up, guy asked if could come next morning, I said no in afternoon when husband home to let inside to spray. So this was 3 times they were informed to treat inside and when 2 guys came out told my husband they weren't told about anything but carpenter bees. So needless to say will not re extending contract. You are allowed to call back between quarterly treatments to treat again if problems, times I should of called and didn't and when did get this tratment.
