Hi, I was so shocked to receive the bad service as I mentioned to Mike at the office. You guys made so many mistakes which is somehow I can understand since everyone might make mistakes, however, Mike was so rude, burped on the phone, no appologizy over your guys mistakes, no explanations for the mistakes, just tried to proceed the payment without telling anything about you guys mistakes. Mike had unbelievable bad attitude from the beginning. I dealt with a lot of contractors and vendors due to my work situations, however I have never had this rude worker before. It has been an awful job he did so far. The tech guys are fine even though the first one made a mistake and come inside the house with shoes which was disrespectful but still he was nice enough to do his job, but you should train your workers better. I got recommended to use you guys by the fire ants company which I trusted, but I will let them know how bad you guys and not to recommend you guys to the other customeres anymore. It has been awful.
