We have had an annual contract with Russell for about six years. Every fall they inspect our buildings for termites and maintain the bait stations. Occasionally a bait station will get knocked out of place by accident. When we notify Russell they send someone out right away to either reinstall or replace the station. They have never charged us for this extra service. Their folks are helpful, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended!
