The guy that actually does the spraying is nice, however the office staff is another story! The people that answer the phones are beyond rude and very hard to work with. They took over a business I had used for years and it was suppose to be an easy switch but they have made it a nightmare. Making appointments is difficult, asking questions is confusing, evening getting a bill takes forever and is a hard process to pay. I will be looking for a new pest control service next year.
