Our first season w/ Arkadia was great. Prompt, courteous, responsive, reliable - everything you look for in a service provider. The second season was just ok but we just chalked it up to an off year for them and gave the benefit of the doubt. We even continued to highly recommend them to friends and on local community facebook groups. BUT this season was terrible. We never had any idea when or if they were coming. 2nd Tuesday of the month turned into the last Friday of the month with zero notification. 2 treatments were sprayed right before and during rain so had nowhere near the 2 hour window we were initially told we needed for drying time. The communication was awful. We have had plenty of sunny days in NJ this season but still somehow we couldn't get treatments. We ended up canceling our contract and scrambling to find someone else who could come out quickly since the ticks and mosquitos had become problematic under the lack of service we'd received through Arkadia. Quite disappointing. I hope whatever is going on gets worked out.
