we called for help because we noticed the ever-present rats (we have chickens) had suddenly exploded into a sea of rats. well, that was TOO much. so we called Eastside Exterminators. A very
friendly man came already next day! he did some studying, including on the roof, and very soon came to tell us the situation. he said that with some very basic changes we could have a lot of success. two weeks later, i haven’t seen a rat for days, i have the security that they have no entrance into the house plus a report of other findings and advice. and the bill was very reasonable.
