Very disappointed the days for service of my pool changed. Also I had to ask the company why my pool pump wasn't turning on for several weeks. It turns out after I asked the pump was broken but when would they have told me? Also I had a raccoon poo in my pool Thursday morning and called for emergency support. They called the next day (today, Friday) to have me agree to a $35 charge and scheduled the emergency visit for the following Monday when my normal service is that following Thursday (or now Friday).

Also they missed a visit in May. When I contacted my technician he said he was there and sent me a picture. The date on the picture was for the last service when I checked picture details. The next time he came out he left two door signs in my back yard. One was for the missing week. While I leave the signs out back I look at them each week and know when one is added. I was ok though - he said he got busy and sorry when I said something. But now I can't swim due to raccoon poo disintegrating and I am so unhappy with the service. Wondering what I am paying for...
