You have serviced us for quite a few years, and we have always been happy. You always do a very good job. However, we do want to highly praise and recommend Richard B. He came to our house for the first time Monday(July 29), and he was EXCELLENT, OUTSTANDING! He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and personal. We are so glad that he will be our regular quarterly service technician.
