Craig always evaluates what plan he is going to make depending on the weather, sighting of pests of other factors and then lets me know what he is going to do that month, so I always feel consulted and informed about his plan for that service. I wish you would give him a return envelope so that I can write a check after the service instead of waiting until you mail another bill with return envelope. I called and asked for this years ago, but Craig still just leaves a bill without the envelope...
