I was home when he came but he didn't ring the doorbell. I came downstairs and saw the flyer in the door. None of the bugs that had been on the siding were knocked down and I question what type of service was really completed. I was hoping he would have rang the bell so I could point out the places I felt needed the attention. The notes on his paper even said "she may be home." Have been generally happy with the service prior to this time.
