As promised, the Inspector did not call after inspection. When caling to set up an appt, the first available appt was not available for 4 days and the company was aware I needed written or verbal feedback by the inspection date(Fri Sept 1) and said the inspector would call me after doing it. I called on the Wed after the long weekend, to say I'd never been contacted. I didn't need the service anymore as I needed feedback the previous Fri. The receptionist said she would relay the info to the proper dept. An hour later, I got an email with the report as well as the receipt for the $149 inspection fee that had just been charged to my credit card after my call. I have called 4 times and have been told I would get a credit. This past Mon morning, Vic, one of the owners answered and said he would fix things. Its been 1 week since my initial call and have still not received a credit.
