After noticing some termite tunnels in my garage I contacted Jackie to schedule a treatment. As it happened, I had inadvertently let my warranty expire. Jackie said, no problem, and reinstated my warranty at the normal price, then scheduled Ryan for a visit at no additional charge. He arrived as scheduled and completed the treatment thoroughly and quickly. I have dealt with Alliance for 20 years and would highly recommend them to anyone needing pest service.
