We have been with Home Paramount since 1990 to the present (2018). Their service has been invaluable. The technicians in the past were good (no problems) but our new technician, Tavon, really goes the extra mile. He makes sure we achieve results that we want and expect and from Home Paramount. Tavon asks questions (i.e., if we have any additional questions or concerns, etc.), explains what he is doing and why. He encourages us to call anytime if we do not see an improvement and/or feel the need for any additional treatments. Tavon is friendly, polite and patient. It is hard to even 'think' about changing to another pest control company. Thank you for your service.
