To make a long story short . . . On March 20, technician Brent Slabaugh, worked efficiently. Then he was superbly polite in listening to me when I complained to him about not wanting the "exterior only" service that we had received on March 8, prior to this interior visit on March 20. Before March 20, we had already received two invoices for the Home Paramount service. He courteously explained that, with the check that my husband had just given him, everything was covered.
