I had contacted Colonial because I had a mouse problem. James, the technician came and assessed the situation. He closed up any openings that the mouse may have used to enter my house and left a trap. The next day we found the mouse in the trap. James later returned to replace the trap and leave a few more. Service was thorough, professional and pleasant. Would absolutely, use them again.
