We had excellent plumbing service and the tech was honest.They came after the company our warranty service sent couldn't do the job and used inadequate tools to even attempt it. Our warranty service advised hydro jetting our sink. BELL COW tech Brad Moore was our saving Grace! Thank you Bell Cow! Brad took the extra time and went that extra mile to explain everything to us and why what the other guys method didn't work. Brad was very careful in keeping his area clean as he worked very professional!!! And normally they would have had to come back out because warranty service only pays them enough for the service call. We had been through so much ha called his manager and got approval to go ahead with the job and got it done . What a headache lifted off our chest with this problem God bless this company that treats their customers right the first time! Very hard to find these days. Sincerely grateful, Gail Staley.
