My landlord hired bell cow to come in fix a problem i had at my home. They scheduled me an appt with a time window of 12pm-4pm. Well at 1:44pm the day of my appt i get a call the technician will not be coming. After I had already left work to make sure someone was home. They reschedule me for the next day appt time window 8am-10am. So 11am comes I called them because no one has shown up. They tell me some bs they was getting ready to call me because the technician will not be able to come again. So for the second day i have missed money from work. Only thing they can do is schedule me an appt for Monday. They did nothing. Talked to the manager and he say everyone sick. Maybe i can get a different company to come out. Very unprofessional. To call after the appt window and think it's ok is unacceptable. I will not recommended bell cow. Seems like they need to be hiring more technicians.
