The $65 inspection was worthless. Our estimate was $100 more than what was quoted over the phone and that was all we received-promotional materials about Sentricon and a quote. The basement and perimeter of the house was not inspected only 2 spots I pointed out. Other companies were much more helpful in discussing the extent of the damage and next steps.
Customer service was poor as well-I wrote a note which was seemingly ignored. I know it was received because it was with my check which was cashed.
